They catered my wedding and i couldn't be happier! The food was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. Their menu is flexible, and it's not just a barbeque, they did some very elegant food and great presentation. We had prime rib, roasted potatoes, awesome spring salad, appetizers, roasted pork, etc. Dave was great from planning to execution.

They also had an event coordinator that I hired so I didn't have to worry on my wedding day and she was FANTASTIC! And her pricing was very reasonable. She helped with everything that I needed and packed up all of my items at the end of the night.
There is nothing worse in my opinion, than having friends and family travel to your wedding and have bad food, so I was sooo pleased that everything was great. I got a ton of compliments from guests on the food quality as well.

When my son became engaged and lived in Nevada...and we lived in Texas...I was immediately concerned how we would plan a Rehearsal Dinner for the Wedding Party, not living there! After exhaustive searches and interviews, we chose David Mullen with Exquisite Grill....and we were NOT disappointed! They were affordable, offered a wide array of menu choices... and cooked on site!! He asked all the right questions and put my worries to rest. He kept in touch with me via email and phone calls. Oh, and did I mention, the wedding was on the very busy day of 9-10-11. Everyone booked up quickly! We were happy we snagged Exquisite Grill for our Rehearsal Dinner

Wanting to combine the flavors of Nevada and the famous flavors of Texas BBQ, David worked with me in the menu planning. We had a Texas BBQ at Nevada Beach at Lake Tahoe. He and his staff arrived early and had the meats smoking enticing our guests with the yummy smell of Texas!

Service was flawless and our guests were pleased with the food! We also got some great photos with the famous Exquisite Grill Pig!! ha ha

I would give Exquisite Grill 5 Stars!!
